CHRIS may be new to our customer service department, but she is certainly not new to title business. She brings twenty-two years of experience to Yakima Title & Escrow, of which ten of those years has been spent as a Title Examiner. A transplant from our underwriter, First American Title in Seattle, Chris is very familiar with our underwriting guidelines and procedures. While we were not actively looking for an Examiner at the time that Chris was available, we could not let someone of her experience slip away. She graciously accepted the customer service position and has been an enthusiastic addition to that department! You may be assured that when you place an order with Chris, you not only get fast and efficient service, but also someone with a wealth of knowledge to respond to all your title questions. Our escrow signing service in Sunnyside is located at the office of Hart & Winfree. This gives you the added convenience of placing title orders with YTE then signing at Hart & Winfree for your Lower Valley customers. Our own Barbara Luther at YTE, and Millie Artz of Hart & Winfree, are available to serve you, and there is no additional signing fee for your customers. |
